Fees:
I believe psychotherapy generally needs to be done on an "open-ended" basis. This is best determined by mutual agreement between the patient and therapist without third-party intervention or outside interference.
Since I am licensed, you may be able to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement of your session fee. Please know that not all issues/conditions/problems are reimbursed by insurance companies.
My normal rates are as follows:
- Initial intake interview - $150
- 50-minute couples session - $150
- 45-minute individual session - $130
